You'll drive literacy success in your classroom while simultaneously building a scalable reading framework deployable across multiple locations. You'll orchestrate dynamic, technology-enhanced learning experiences, captivate young minds with strategic motivation techniques, and partner with our engineering team to enhance the digital tools powering our educational model.

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. - Creating customized motivation strategies using gamification to celebrate literacy achievements and boost engagement
- Leveraging student performance data to optimize instructional approaches and identify meaningful patterns
- Partnering with our technology specialists to test and improve AI literacy platforms based on real classroom outcomes
- Creating adaptable content that customizes reading journeys for students with diverse learning profiles
- Implementing one-size-fits-all curricula that disregard individual student progress or data insights
- Dedicating excessive time to conventional planning, paperwork, or administrative tasks
- Teaching in packed classrooms with inadequate technological support

Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree plus specialized certification in reading instruction methodologies (such as Orton-Gillingham, Wilson Reading System, or comparable approaches)
- Minimum 2 years of experience providing targeted small-group reading interventions to K-3 students
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate reading abilities, create effective student groupings, and craft differentiated instruction without relying on pre-packaged curricula
- Experience working with AI/adaptive learning platforms and ability to respond effectively to student engagement patterns
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
- Commitment to work on-location at one of our campus facilities in: Orange County, CA; Charlotte, NC; Raleigh, NC; New York City, NY; or Washington, D.C. (Chantilly).
