Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. - Elevate our Guide team through world-class training, ensuring they masterfully implement Alpha's innovative learning system
- Architect comprehensive Guide Playbooks that capture facilitation best practices, creative learning activities, and effective challenge resolution techniques
- Deliver performance-enhancing feedback that measurably improves Guide effectiveness and student outcomes
- Personally mentor a select student cohort, showcasing exemplary coaching techniques that inspire and motivate
- Creating traditional lesson plans – our adaptive technology handles content delivery; your focus is on developing exceptional facilitators
- Compromising on excellence – when we set the bar at 100%, your job is ensuring everyone reaches it
- Running conventional training sessions – expect to lead dynamic, interactive coaching experiences that energize and transform our Guide team
Your core mission: Develop and lead a world-class team of Guides who flawlessly execute the Alpha learning system, consistently delivering exceptional educational experiences.
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (field of study open)
- 5 years of proven experience in education, L&D, coaching, or related disciplines
- Track record of creating and implementing groundbreaking educational programs or training initiatives
- Exceptional team leadership abilities with demonstrated success in building high-performance teams
- Substantial experience working with youth ages 5-18 in educational or developmental environments
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for continuous improvement
- Commitment to working on-site at either our Austin, TX or Little Rock, AR campus
- Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
