- Conducting adaptive reading workshops to build essential skills in phonics, comprehension, and fluency.

- Interpreting student progress data to continuously refine teaching methods and extract actionable insights.
- Working with the tech team to assess and improve AI literacy tools based on classroom experiences.
- Creating scalable content that adapts reading pathways for diverse learners.
- Adhering to a fixed scripted curriculum that overlooks student needs or data.
- Spending excessive time on traditional lesson planning, grading, or administrative tasks.

Basic Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2 years experience in delivering small-group reading interventions to early elementary students.
- Expertise in assessing reading levels, grouping students, and designing differentiated instruction without pre-written curricula.
- Familiarity with AI/adaptive learning tools and responsiveness to student behaviors within them.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Willingness to work on-site at one of our campuses: Orange County, CA; Santa Barbara, CA; Charlotte, NC; Raleigh, NC; New York City, NY; or Washington, D.C. (Chantilly).
