- Elevate our Guides to world-class excellence through intensive training and development programs that set the standard for educational innovation
- Architect comprehensive Guide Playbooks that codify best practices and create scalable excellence in facilitation and student engagement
- Deliver high-impact, data-driven feedback that transforms Guide performance and maximizes student achievement
- Lead by example through direct mentorship of a select student cohort, showcasing advanced coaching techniques and motivation strategies
- Create traditional lesson plans - our adaptive technology handles the content delivery, allowing you to focus on developing exceptional facilitators
- Compromise on excellence - we maintain our 100% mastery standard without exception
- Conduct conventional training sessions - your coaching approach will be dynamic, interactive, and transformative

Basic Requirements
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to one of our Alpha Campuses (Bethesda, MD; Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; Fort Lauderdale, FL; Seattle, WA; or CA locations)
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrated excellence in education, L&D, coaching, or related field
- Proven track record in developing and implementing innovative educational programs
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience building and inspiring high-performance teams
- Substantial experience working with students aged 5-18
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- U.S. work authorization required
