- 1 year of experience crafting educational magic (content, workshops, or training)
- A track record of creating experiences that make both kids and parents say "wow"
- Expertise in developing meaningful assessments that measure real growth
- The ability to break down complex concepts into kid-sized pieces without losing the essence
- Comfort with AI tools and a hunger to leverage them effectively
- Self-direction and the ability to thrive with high autonomy
- Willingness to be present at our Austin campus full-time
- Authorization to work in the U.S. (we cannot provide visa sponsorship)
