What You Will Be Doing
- Spearheading comprehensive school implementation projects—from technical setup and stakeholder alignment to ensuring day-one operational excellence
- Providing expert guidance to educators and administrators on implementing and maintaining the 2HL model with integrity
- Analyzing performance metrics and feedback to safeguard implementation quality and student engagement
- Orchestrating solutions across both technical hurdles and academic challenges to drive continuous improvement
- Cultivating enduring partnerships that generate renewals, referrals, and enthusiastic advocacy
- Functioning as a reactive support technician—this role demands proactive partnership
- Delivering one-size-fits-all training—you'll customize approaches based on each school's unique context
- Working exclusively remotely—regular on-site school visits are integral to your impact
- Following prescribed playbooks—you'll navigate ambiguity with ownership and initiative

Basic Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in client-facing implementation, onboarding, or success management—preferably in SaaS, EdTech, or educational environments
- Demonstrated capacity to diagnose technical issues and remove operational roadblocks
- Practical experience with at least one educational platform (SIS, LMS, assessment tools), with aptitude for independently mastering new technologies
- Comprehensive knowledge of learning principles (mastery-based approaches, motivation theory, cognitive load management)
- Proven track record coaching adults and facilitating adoption of innovative practices
- Proficiency in data analysis and applying insights to improve outcomes
- Adept at managing complex, urgent projects with multiple stakeholders
- Willingness to travel up to 50% within the continental United States
- Authorization to work in the US without requiring visa sponsorship
- Previous experience implementing instructional frameworks within school environments
- Working knowledge of common educational technology platforms (SIS, LMS, assessment tools like NWEA or IXL)
- Professional background in education, instructional design, or school administration
