This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. What You Will Be Doing
- Develop and lead a high-performing team of Guides who will execute the Alpha learning system with uncompromising excellence
- Create comprehensive Guide Playbooks that codify best practices for facilitation, student engagement, and overcoming learning obstacles
- Deliver precise, actionable feedback to Guides that measurably improves student outcomes and engagement metrics
- Directly mentor a select cohort of students, demonstrating elite coaching techniques that your Guides will learn to replicate
- Creating traditional curriculum or lesson plans – our adaptive technology handles content delivery; your focus is on developing exceptional facilitators
- Compromising on standards – our commitment to mastery learning means maintaining our high expectations, not diluting them
- Conducting passive professional development – your training approach will be dynamic, practical, and immediately applicable

Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or related field
- Proven track record developing and implementing innovative educational programs or training initiatives
- Exceptional leadership abilities with demonstrated success building and motivating high-performing teams
- Substantive experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental capacities
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis with the ability to leverage metrics for continuous improvement
- Commitment to working on-site at either our Spotswood, NJ or Salt Lake City, UT campus
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
