What You Will Be Doing
- Identifying and securing strategic sponsorship partnerships with premier private school organizations and educational conferences
- Crafting comprehensive event strategies encompassing objectives, financial planning, project timelines, and brand experience design
- Cultivating and overseeing vendor partnerships across all aspects—from initial outreach through contract finalization with event planners, venue partners, and production specialists
- Providing on-site leadership during events, ensuring seamless execution, exceptional guest experiences, and flawless brand representation
- Serving as the company's ambassador in the field—embodying professionalism, warmth, and strategic thinking in every interaction
- Operating from behind a desk while others execute your vision
