- Create detailed procurement packages with dual-bid comparisons, aiding in strategic vendor selection
- Monitor contract and invoice accuracy, ensuring all financials reflect agreed deliverables and documentation
- Leverage AI to identify irregularities, prepare reports, follow up on updates, and enhance productivity
- Passively attending meetings while projects fall behind
- Delegating AI tasks to others or relying on others to maintain tools
- Ignoring billing mistakes or vendor performance issues
- Generating status reports that lack impact and fail to influence decisions
- Depending on assumptions—your work is evidence-driven and ready for executive review

- Proficient in understanding contracts, SOWs, and invoices, with an eye for spotting discrepancies
- Excellent written communication skills—your documents drive decisions, not additional meetings

- Must be based in the US, willing to travel domestically up to 25%, and authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship
