Basic Requirements
- Arizona residency with capability to travel throughout the state for strategic community and family events
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrable school or educational leadership experience, including team management and operational oversight
- Documented success in driving family engagement initiatives, enrollment growth strategies, or community partnership development
- Proficiency with virtual learning technologies, data management systems, and digital communication platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated ability to present persuasively to diverse stakeholder audiences
- Fundamental alignment with Novatio's 2 Hour Learning methodology, AI-enhanced instruction approach, and family-centered values
- Spanish language fluency or demonstrated cultural competency with Arizona's Latino-Hispanic communities
- Professional experience within charter, online, or alternative educational models
