What You Will Be Doing

• Orchestrating high-impact virtual and in-person events that showcase Novatio's revolutionary approach to prospective families across Arizona.
• Providing white-glove guidance to parents throughout the admissions process, from initial inquiry to successful enrollment.
• Serving as the authoritative point of contact for enrolled families, ensuring seamless communication and swift resolution of concerns.
• Establishing strategic partnerships with community organizations and local influencers to amplify Novatio's presence and credibility.
• Embodying and articulating Novatio's family-first, AI-powered educational vision with conviction and clarity.

Director Of Community And Family Engagement Key Responsibilities

Drive measurable enrollment growth and exceptional retention rates by spearheading strategic community outreach, streamlining the admissions journey, and fostering deep parent engagement that ensures families experience the full value of Novatio's revolutionary educational model.

Basic Requirements

• Arizona residency with capability to travel throughout the state for strategic community and family events
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Minimum 3 years of demonstrable school or educational leadership experience, including team management and operational oversight
• Documented success in driving family engagement initiatives, enrollment growth strategies, or community partnership development
• Proficiency with virtual learning technologies, data management systems, and digital communication platforms
• Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated ability to present persuasively to diverse stakeholder audiences
• Fundamental alignment with Novatio's 2 Hour Learning methodology, AI-enhanced instruction approach, and family-centered values

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
