What You Will Be Doing

  • Leading the Admissions Journey: Serve as the welcoming face of 2 Hour Learning for prospective families, guiding them smoothly through the application process and responding to their inquiries with expertise.
  • Creating Lasting First Impressions: Organize engaging school tours, open houses, and information sessions that highlight our unique approach to accelerated learning and skill development.
  • Utilizing Data for Strategic Decisions: Analyze admissions metrics through HubSpot and SIS, sharing valuable insights with leadership to refine outreach strategies.
  • Enhancing Our Admissions Playbook: Continuously update admissions FAQs and SOPs to ensure clear, consistent communication.
  • Cultivating Strong Relationships: Foster meaningful connections with prospective families, ensuring a memorable and smooth admissions experience.

Director Of Admissions Key Responsibilities

Drive enrollment growth by delivering a high-touch, personalized admissions experience that turns inquiries into committed, enthusiastic families.

Basic Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years managing comprehensive admissions or enrollment processes in competitive educational settings, with a proven ability to boost enrollment numbers.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional presence that inspires confidence and trust in audiences.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple families, campuses, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience with CRM and SIS systems (e.g., HubSpot, Veracross) and maintaining accurate data records.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-touch, client-facing services.
  • Residence in Austin, TX, or willingness to relocate, with the ability to travel up to 20% within the U.S.

Nice-to-have Requirements

  • Experience in private school admissions, especially with affluent families.
  • Background in sales or marketing focusing on storytelling and relationship-building.
  • Knowledge of mastery-based or alternative educational models.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
