As our Dean of Enrollment, you'll craft the gateway experience for discerning families seeking a transformative alternative to conventional education. What You Will Be Doing

  • Orchestrate the complete admissions journey, serving as the authoritative voice of 2-Hour Learning for prospective families while ensuring a seamless, premium application experience.
  • Design and deliver compelling school tours, open houses, and information sessions that clearly demonstrate our academic acceleration model and its transformative benefits.
  • Implement data-driven enrollment strategies through meticulous tracking and analysis of admissions metrics in HubSpot and SIS, providing actionable insights to leadership.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive admissions documentation, ensuring consistent, precise communication throughout the enrollment process.
  • Cultivate strategic relationships with prospective families, addressing their educational priorities with empathy while confidently articulating our distinctive value proposition.

  • Navigating layers of bureaucratic approval processes that slow decision-making and innovation—you will have the authority to refine the admissions experience based on results.
  • Overseeing a large administrative team—this role focuses on your direct leadership of the admissions process rather than extensive personnel management.
  • Delivering generic, one-size-fits-all presentations—each family interaction will be strategically tailored to address specific questions and priorities.
  • Adhering to conventional enrollment practices that don't serve our unique educational model—you'll establish new standards that properly represent our distinctive approach.

Basic Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of demonstrated success managing comprehensive admissions or enrollment processes in competitive academic environments, with verifiable enrollment growth results.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills that reflect precision, clarity, and persuasive capability.
  • Commanding executive presence that projects authority, professionalism, and inspires confidence in discerning audiences.
  • Exemplary organizational abilities with proven capacity to manage multiple priorities across families, campuses, and deadlines with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency with CRM and SIS platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Veracross) and demonstrated excellence in data management.
  • Established record of delivering premium, client-focused service experiences.
  • Must be based in Austin, TX—or prepared to relocate—with capability to travel up to 20% throughout the United States.

Nice-to-have Requirements

  • Substantial experience in private school admissions, particularly working with high-net-worth families and their unique expectations.
  • Proven background in strategic sales or marketing with exceptional storytelling capabilities and relationship development skills.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
