What You Will Be Doing
- Solve complex technical issues that have defeated our advanced AI systems
- Analyze patterns in escalated tickets to identify AI improvement opportunities
- Contribute technical expertise to enhance AI capabilities across multiple enterprise products
- Master new products rapidly to maintain exceptional resolution standards
- Implement creative solutions for our most challenging customer problems
- Handling routine tickets that our AI can resolve—we've eliminated the mundane
- Taking two months to get up to speed—you'll be mastering multiple products within your first month
- Relying on managers for solutions—self-sufficiency is non-negotiable
- Working within a single product silo—your expertise will span across our diverse portfolio

- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical customer support roles

- Current residence in North or South America
