Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients and manage front desk flow (in-person phone)
- Schedule and register patients in EMR
- Verify insurance and obtain authorizations
- Collect payments and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate schedules and support clinical staff
- Manage documentation (referrals, Plans of Care, re-evals)
- Medical front desk experience preferred
- Knowledge of insurance verification/authorizations
- EMR experience
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- $18–$22/hour (based on experience)
- Health Insurance after 3 months
