Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an operations role or similar capacity.
- Strong understanding of operational processes, supply chain management, and logistics.
- Proficiency in using operational software and tools such as ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Coordinate with various departments including logistics, supply chain, and customer service to align operations with business goals.
- Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and develop strategies for process improvement.
