We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our amazing team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Customer Service Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Properly processes customers’ inbounds; troubleshoots PO’s; systemically confirms 100% accurate put-away; and resolves discrepancies as needed.
- Properly processes customers orders; troubleshoots orders and resolved discrepancies as needed.
- Properly utilizes warehouse management system and maintains appropriate documentation.
- Coordinate and update warehouse employees regarding new and modified customer orders.
- Review shipping and receiving reports to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries.
- Provides exceptional customer service to incoming callers, customers and carriers.
- Proactively communicates with customers, employees and the management team to ensure necessary requirements are met.
- Processes, audits and files various documentation.
- Performs various office support activities.
- Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality are job requirements.
- The ability to get along with others and non-violence is a job requirement to consistently promote a positive team environment.
- Assist other employees in the performance of their assigned duties when necessary.
- Occasionally work overtime and o the weekend when necessary.
Customer Service Other Duties:
- Perform other tasks and/or duties as they may be assigned.
Customer Service Employee Responsibilities:
- Conducts oneself and operates equipment and acts in accordance with all company policies, safety rules, regulations, laws, including wearing proper personal protective equipment.
- Conducts oneself in a positive professional manner at all times.
- Takes advantage of all opportunities to attend training sessions to upgrade knowledge.
- Continually recommend measures to improve production and quality methods, equipment performance and use, safety and workplace environment.
- Make suggestions for improving the company.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- One year of customer service experience preferred.
- Must have billing experience
Required Licenses, Certifications and/or Knowledge:
- Principles and practices of effective customer service.
- May require material handling certification.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations.
Salary : $18 - $20
