What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Worker position at Trilogy Realty & Development, LLC?
Duties would include emptying trash receptacles, snow shoveling side walks, Calcium Chloride distribution on side walks, landscaping, and general property maintenance and upkeep (pick up of litter and debris), semi-annual window cleaning, overall visual of property.
Would need to spend about 3-4 hours per week at the plaza, watch weather forecast to determine seasonal needs. Ideally suited for a local individual looking to supplement their income that have another job, semi-retired, and live nearby.
Located at the former CoreLife Eatery.
