Trilogy Innovations is seeking two Account Executives to support the company's continued growth within the federal market. One position will focus on the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), while the other will focus on the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Both are full-time, on-site roles based in Morgantown, WV.
The Account Executive will be responsible for driving strategic business growth within their assigned federal agency, identifying, qualifying, and capturing new business opportunities while expanding Trilogy's presence across agency components and offices. This role will build and maintain relationships with government decision-makers, contracting officers, program managers, systems integrators, and industry partners.
Responsibilities include developing account strategies, conducting customer outreach and capability presentations, identifying upcoming procurement opportunities, coordinating with technical and proposal teams to develop competitive solutions, and managing opportunities throughout the entire federal sales lifecycle—from opportunity identification through contract award.
The Account Executive will maintain an active pipeline, monitor agency priorities, budgets, procurement forecasts, and competitive activity, and collaborate with executive leadership to execute strategic growth initiatives. This position requires regular customer engagement, participation in industry events and conferences, and ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business growth.
Qualifications- 5 years of experience in federal business development, account management, capture, or sales supporting the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), or other civilian federal agencies.
- Demonstrated success identifying, qualifying, and winning federal IT services opportunities.
- Experience supporting either DOJ or DHS customers is strongly preferred. Existing relationships with agency decision-makers, contracting offices, systems integrators, or industry partners are highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of the federal procurement process, including GWACs, IDIQs, BPAs, GSA Schedule, and other government acquisition vehicles.
- Experience selling enterprise IT, cloud, cybersecurity, application modernization, systems integration, data analytics, or digital transformation solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value for executive and technical audiences.
- Experience collaborating with solution architects, capture managers, proposal teams, and executive leadership to develop competitive solutions and proposals.
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing CRM systems, sales pipelines, forecasts, and account plans.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Morgantown, WV, with travel for customer meetings, conferences, and industry events.
