What are the responsibilities and job description for the Admissions Manager, 2 Hour Learning - $200,000/year USD position at Trilogy?
There are two types of families: those who accept mediocrity in education, and those who demand transformation. We're looking for someone who connects with the second group.
2 Hour Learning revolutionizes education by condensing traditional academics into just two hours through cutting-edge AI mastery platforms. The remaining time? Dedicated to developing critical life skills that actually matter. No outdated teaching methods, no meaningless busy work, no pretending that endless worksheets create real learning. Our students achieve 2.6x faster learning rates than national averages — that's measurable impact, not empty promises.
As our Admissions Manager, you'll be the bridge between curious families and life-changing educational opportunities. This isn't about glossy marketing materials or feel-good conversations. It's about demonstrating concrete results, building genuine relationships, and executing efficient admissions processes that convert genuine interest into committed enrollment. We need someone who understands how to showcase superior educational products and identify families ready to embrace excellence.
You'll take complete ownership of admissions operations for one campus location — Scottsdale or San Francisco — controlling every aspect from initial outreach to final enrollment. No team dependencies, no process gaps to navigate around. Pure end-to-end accountability. If complete ownership feels overwhelming, this opportunity isn't right for you. If it energizes you, let's talk.
What You Will Be Doing
Take complete ownership of the admissions pipeline to transform qualified prospects into enrolled students — ensuring every touchpoint exemplifies the innovation, efficiency, and academic excellence that defines our educational approach.
Basic Requirements
Education is broken, but 2 Hour Learning is proving it doesn’t have to be. They’re tearing down the outdated one-size-fits-all model and replacing it with AI-driven personalized learning that helps kids master academics in just two hours a day.
