• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to home health patients according to patients plan of care
• Use assessment tools to manage medical needs and coordinate with other disciplines
• Serve as a patient advocate, communicating with physicians, clinical managers, and RNs

What You Bring:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Active LPN license in Florida
• Valid Florida drivers license, active vehicle insurance, and clear MVR
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience required; Home Health experience is a plus
• IV certification preferred but not required
• Strong initiative and independent judgement
