• Provide one-on-one physical therapy services in a home health setting
• Follow physician orders and treatment plans under the supervision of a Registered Physical Therapist (PT)
• Deliver therapy that helps patients achieve independence and improve their quality of life

What you bring:

• Current Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license/certification required
• Valid Florida driver's license, active vehicle insurance, and clear MVR
• 1 year of experience required, Home Health experience preferred
• Sound judgement and a passion for patient care and outcomes
