Key Responsibilities:
- Lead QA and clinical education programs across the agency
- Oversee OASIS documentation and clinical compliance training
- Collaborate with leadership and compliance teams to improve patient outcomes
- Mentor, coach, and develop clinical staff
- Active RN license in the state of Florida
- Active and valid Florida driver's license and motor vehicle insurance and a clear MVR
- 2-3 years of experience in Medicare Home Health and OASIS documentation (required)
- 1-2 years in a supervisory role or leadership role (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of clinical regulations and care planning
- Excellent communication and origanizational skill
