What You'll Do:

• Provide one-on-one physical therapy services in a home health setting
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, and balance
• Set and manage care goals that promote recovery and independence
• Evaluate the home environment for safety and mobility needs

What you bring:

• Graduate of an accredited PT program
• Current PT license in Florida and current Lymphedema certification
• Valid Florida driver's license, active vehicle insurance, and clear MVR
• 1 year of experience required, Home Health experience preferred
• Sound judgement and a passion for patient care and outcomes
