Position Overview
Trilobrinx is seeking a skilled and client-focused IT Service Desk Technician to join our growing Palm Springs team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about technology, enjoys helping people, and thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
As an IT Service Desk Technician, you’ll be the first point of contact for client support requests, delivering responsive, professional IT assistance both remotely and on-site. You’ll work with a variety of technologies, contribute to ongoing service improvements, and help ensure that every client feels valued and supported.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site IT support for business and residential clients throughout the Coachella Valley.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, networking, cloud services, and cybersecurity tools.
- Respond quickly to service tickets and maintain excellent communication with clients.
- Document work accurately in the service management platform (ConnectWise, Autotask, or similar).
- Assist with cybersecurity protection efforts, including system patching, monitoring, and endpoint protection.
- Support data backup systems, cloud configurations, and network infrastructure.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold Trilobrinx’s reputation for professionalism and trust.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of IT support experience, preferably in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
- Strong technical skills in Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and network troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
- CompTIA A , Network , Security or Microsoft certifications preferred.
