Trillium Woods is recruiting for a Flexible Part-Time hospitality focused Driver to join our team! This position is responsible for transporting residents to grocery store, monthly outings and extended trips as scheduled; assists in performing housekeeping duties as required.

Trillium Woods is recruiting for a Flexible Part-Time hospitality focused Driver to join our team! This position is responsible for transporting residents to grocery store, monthly outings and extended trips as scheduled; assists in performing housekeeping duties as required.
Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Driver:
- Drive van, bus or automobile on regular schedule to meet resident needs.
- Assist residents on and off bus/van, tracking attendance and coordinating equipment (walkers, wheelchairs, canes etc.).
- Load groceries and other purchased items into bus/van.
- Schedule and coordinate routine vehicle maintenance.
- Clean and wash vehicle.
- Supports creating a culture where the business decisions made in this position, along with individual employee engagement, drive top-line revenue and occupancy.
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum six (6) months experience as a bus/van driver required
- CDL License - Or the ability to receive (with company assistance) after 90 days of employment
- Previous experience in a senior living community
