The Role
Trillium is seeking a Trading Operations Analyst to help ensure the firm’s trading infrastructure operates smoothly and efficiently. This individual will serve as a critical link between traders and the technical support team, helping to resolve real-time issues, manage equipment and workstations, and support core systems that keep our trading operations running at peak performance.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for trader technical inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate responses
- Troubleshoot and escalate IT-related issues affecting traders and staff
- Assemble and configure new trader workstations, including hardware and software installation
- Maintain and regularly audit system performance across trader machines
- Manage trading floor logistics, including seating chart updates and workstation relocations
- Maintain and update records in the internal ticketing system for technical issue resolution
- Attend Feature Prioritization meetings to provide context on trader issues and support prioritization
- Provide troubleshooting and escalation support for proprietary trading applications
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to triage and resolve technical issues under pressure
- Familiarity with Windows-based systems and desktop support best practices
- Comfortable interacting with end users in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Prior experience in a tech support, IT help desk, or operations role preferred
- Exposure to trading or financial services environments a plus
Compensation and Perks
- The reasonably estimated salary for this role is $70,000 - $85,000 Additional Bonus/Pay Structure if applicable. Actual compensation is based on a number of factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
