The Human Resources Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the company's Human Resources function and serving as a trusted advisor to ownership and management.
The HR Manager supports employees while maintaining a primary professional responsibility to ensure the company follows sound, consistent, ethical, and legally compliant employment practices. This position proactively identifies and addresses HR-related risks, maintains accurate documentation, supports management in employment decisions, and helps create a productive and accountable workplace.
The HR Manager is expected to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, take ownership of assigned responsibilities, meet deadlines without repeated reminders, and proactively bring significant HR, compliance, employee-relations, and workplace risks to management's attention.

This position will be working on-site in the Simi Valley office from 8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday.
Annual salary will be $85,000.

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of HR experience including employee relations, performance management, payroll/HRIS administration, benefits, insurance, workers' compensation, and leave administration
- Prior experience with ADP is required
- Strong working knowledge of California employment practices and applicable federal employment requirements
