Reporting directly to the Electrical Engineering Department Manager, you will apply advanced engineering judgment to solve sophisticated design hurdles, mentor junior talent, and drive innovation in a culture that truly invests in your long-term professional mastery.

YOUR IMPACT:
- Lead & Architect: Direct multi-discipline teams in preparing comprehensive construction drawings and technical specifications for massive-scale facilities.
- Technical Authority: Design low- and medium-voltage power distribution, advanced lighting control systems, and integrated controls for mechanical/refrigeration equipment.
- Full-Cycle Oversight: Partner across an integrated A/E environment to support project execution from conceptual feasibility through construction administration.
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Credentials: BSEE and an active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license are required.
- Expertise: 10 years of deep-dive design experience in large industrial/commercial buildings (A/E consulting background is your ace in the hole).
- Leadership: Proven ability to independently produce complete construction documents (CDs) and a commitment to mentoring the next generation of engineers.
SCHEDULE:
- 1st Shift / Monday – Friday / 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
RATE:
- $115,000 - $130,000, depending on experience.
