Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for an Agile QA Tester to join our IT team. The Agile QA Tester will collaborate closely with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions. This role involves designing, developing, and executing test plans and scripts to identify software defects and ensure compliance with quality standards. On a Typical Day, You Might
Develop and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on software requirements and specifications.
- Identify test requirements and traceability, ensuring comprehensive coverage of features and functionalities.
- Design and implement automated testing solutions to enhance test coverage and efficiency.
- Execute manual and automated tests, document results, and report defects using established processes and tools.
- Work with development teams to reproduce, diagnose, and resolve software defects.
- Provide clear and concise test reports, defect logs, and status updates to project stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile development processes, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement quality assurance best practices and standards.

Education/Experience:
High School diploma/GED and three (3) years o experience in any of the following areas: Information Technology / MIS, Data Analytics, Engineering Sciences, Business, Healthcare Administration, Human Service field, healthcare claims environment, reporting development or support with strong technical knowledge in the specialized areas of application system programming, including software tools such as: SQL Server, Source Control, SSRS, SSIS, SSAS, SSMS. Requires certification. Applicable certification(s) may be substituted to equivalent degree and experience requirements.
**OR**
Associates degree in Information Technology / MIS, Data Analytics, Engineering Sciences, Business, Healthcare Administration, or Human Service field. Requires Certification; and a minimum one (1) year of experience in any of the following areas: Information Technology / MIS, Data Analytics, Engineering Sciences, Business, Healthcare Administration, Human Service field, healthcare claims environment, reporting development or support with strong technical knowledge in the specialized areas of application system programming, including software tools such as: SQL Server, Source Control, SSRS, SSIS, SSAS, SSMS. Requires certification. Applicable certification(s) may be substituted to equivalent degree and experience requirements.

Equivalent combination of education/experience.
Preferred Experience
Recent experience with SQL database management is preferred.
License/Certification
High School/GED and Two-year degrees require certification.
Must have a valid drivers license
