Trillium Construction is hiring for an experienced Project Safety Manager to lead and enforce safety programs on large-scale international construction projects ($100M–$225M). This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with corporate safety standards, contract requirements, and applicable regulations while promoting a strong safety culture on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee project-specific safety programs and safe work plans
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EM385-1-1, and company safety standards
- Conduct daily site safety inspections and document findings
- Lead new hire safety orientations and ongoing safety training
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and property damage
- Prepare and submit safety reports and documentation
- Serve as liaison between project teams, subcontractors, and clients on safety matters
- Collaborate with project leadership to maintain a safe and compliant job site
Compensation:
- Weekly pay up to $2,100

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; 5 years of safety management experience
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and/or EM385-1-1 standards
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work in physically demanding construction environments and travel internationally
Certifications:
- OSHA 30, CHST preferred
- First Aid/CPR and Competent Person Training
- Ability to obtain U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance
