Job Summary:
Trileaf is seeking a TEMPORARY Tribal Consultation Assistant to assist our cultural resources team with administrative and coordination tasks related to tribal consultation for compliance projects. This position is based in our St. Louis, Missouri office and will require on-site work through the end of March 2026. The anticipated workload is 30-40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and send consultation letters to tribal representatives and agencies
• Track responses and maintain accurate records of correspondence
• Organize and update project files and consultation logs
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating follow-up communications
• Compile documentation for tribal consultation for regulatory compliance reports
• Utilize federal platforms for tribal consultation initiation and communications
• Support the Tribal Consultation Manager with administrative tasks as needed

Basic Qualifications:
To be considered, the resume of the applicant must demonstrate the following qualifications/skills:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Independent worker with strong time management skills

Preferred Qualifications / Experience:

• Previous experience in administrative support or compliance-related work
