Position Overview
As a Producer, you will build and grow a portfolio of clients. Your focus will be sourcing new business, developing relationships and delivering best-in-class insurance and risk management solutions.
This is an entrepreneurial role with high upside, strong commission structures, and the ability to help shape a fast-growing brokerage.
Duties
- Prospect and generate new business within your specialized sector
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Partner with account managers and leadership to place and service accounts
- Negotiate terms and coverage with underwriters and carrier partners
- Attend events, networking functions, and client meetings

Pay: $60,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
