Commercial Lines Associate Account Manager

We are a specialized commercial Insurance brokerage focused on Commercial Real Estate. We bring national carrier access with a boutique, relationship-driven approach.

What You’ll Do

• Manage a book of commercial real estate accounts from onboarding through renewal.
• Prepare submissions, quotes, and renewal proposals.
• Review policy terms, endorsements, and coverage forms.
• Work directly with carriers and underwriters to secure the best terms.
• Handle certificates, acord apps, policy changes, and client requests promptly.
• Support producers with marketing and account strategy.
• Deliver responsive, detail-driven service.

What We’re Looking For

• 1 years of commercial lines insurance experience (property focus preferred). - Required
• Active Texas P&C license. - Required
• Understanding of property and liability coverages.
• Skilled communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
• Experience with AMS systems (Now Certs or Applied Epic) is a plus.

Base salary $50k - $65k depending on experience.
