TriHealth Clinton Regional Hospital – Physician Practice

This is an evergreen requisition created to build a candidate pipeline for anticipated future openings. There may not be an immediate vacancy at the time of application. Candidates will be contacted as positions become available based on business needs.

Join TriHealth Clinton Regional Hospital Physician Practices and be part of a close‑knit care team serving the Wilmington community. As a Non‑Certified Medical Assistant, you’ll support physicians and patients by assisting with exams, taking vital signs, preparing exam rooms, and performing clinical tasks such as EKGs, injections, venipuncture, and basic lab testing.

You’ll enjoy a stable, family‑friendly schedule—full time, day shift, Monday–Friday, with no weekends or holidays—while building your skills in a supportive environment that values professionalism, teamwork, and compassion.

Location: Urology Associates of SW Ohio at 781 W. Locus St Wilmington, OH 45177

Work Hours

  • Full time, 80 hours biweekly
  • Day shift
  • Monday - Friday
  • No weekends or holidays commitment

Bonus Opportunity

  • This position qualifies for a $1,000 sign-on bonus with a 12-month commitment (external qualified candidates only).

Job Requirements

  • High School Degree
  • Up to 1 year experience in a healthcare setting
  • Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS)
  • EKG, Injections, Venipuncture
  • Performance of common lab tests according to establish CLIA guidelines and TriHealth policy
  • Up to 1 year experience in a healthcare setting

Job Overview

This position assists the physician in examination and treatment of patients, performing miscellaneous delegated duties under the direction of physician. You will also interviews patients, measures vital signs, such as pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height, and records information on patients' charts, and prepares treatment rooms for examination of patients.

The position will be cross-trained to perform duties to enhance efficiency and continuity of delivery of patient care; work cooperatively within the team concept demonstrating flexibility, motivation and commitment to quality patient care. This position’s tasks include patient related duties, medical record maintenance/documentation, and safety/environmental duties.
