Minimum Job Requirements
Duties will be guided by Cath Lab Pre-Post, Cardiac Cath lab, Special Procedures and Electrophysiology leadership teams. This position performs assigned duties to assist the Cath Lab Pre-Post, Cardiac Cath lab, Special Procedures and Electrophysiology areas to provide care for their patients. Duties will include, but not limited to: performing environmental services between procedural cases, turnover of procedural rooms, assisting with transferring and transportation of patients, stocking needed supplies in all areas, transporting of sterile supplies to and from central sterile department, answering patient call lights, relief of unit coordinator as needed, completing patient care delegated by Registered Nurses and/or Radiology Technologist, and obtaining 12 lead ECG as directed.

- Night shift with weekend and holiday rotation

Minimum Job Requirements
- High School Degree or GED
- 1-2 years' experience Clinical patient care role
- Basic Life Support (BLS)

Job Responsibilities
- Performs supply, equipment, and environmental related tasks such as stocking rooms, cleaning equipment and patient and procedural rooms, transporting dirty and clean surgical supplies to and from central supply. Assist to drop sterile items onto sterile field. Recognizes and reports problems to leadership.
- Assists with patient preparation such as assisting to place in patient gown, clipping procedural access sites, performing EKGs, and performing surgical cleansing with wipes and discharge of procedural patients under direct supervision of the RN. Answering patient call lights. Reports patient related information to appropriate leader/RN.
- Interacts, communicates, and engages with the team members routinely in the TriHealth Way of Serving.
- Maintains a safe environment, complies with infection control policies, report safety hazards, demonstrates knowledge of patient safety during transportation, demonstrates adherence to emergency policies and procedures.
- Performs clerical tasks as assigned and relieves unit coordinator, when necessary, reports completed task to the supervising RN.
