- Coordinate travel arrangements, including accommodations, transportation, excursions, and travel protection.
- Create customized travel itineraries and provide clients with detailed travel information.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure reservations are completed correctly.
- Stay current on travel trends, supplier promotions, and destination updates.
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel.
- Build lasting relationships with clients through personalized service.
