Key Responsibilities
- Support creation and execution of asset‑level business plans, including leasing strategies, capital planning, and operating initiatives.
- Analyze and monitor the financial and operational performance of operating assets across multiple product types.
- Track and evaluate capital projects, tenant improvements, operational initiatives, and market trends to identify performance drivers and opportunities.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reviews, including variance analysis, operating statement evaluation, and portfolio performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with property management, leasing teams, and vendors to support daily operations and enhance revenue and operating performance.
- Assist with onboarding new acquisitions or developments, including financial model integration, initial asset‑level analysis and site visits
- Prepare internal and external reports, presentations, and market research to support asset strategy, valuation updates, and stakeholder communication.
- BA/BS in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in real estate financial analysis, asset management, or a related role (including internships).
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and financial modeling proficiency; Argus experience is a plus.
- Ability to analyze operating statements, budgets, and forecasts and communicate insights clearly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic, professionalism, and commitment to excellence.
