Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Austin, TX, for a Help Desk Associate. The Help Desk Associate will be responsible for providing technical support, customer support, and troubleshooting assistance to ensure the seamless operation of our systems. Daily tasks include handling support tickets, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and delivering exceptional customer service.


Qualifications

  • Help Desk Support and Technical Support skills
  • Experience in Customer Support and Communication
  • Proficient in Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Associate's degree or higher in a relevant field preferred


Salary Range: $47,000 - $53,000
