This is a full-time, on-site role based in Austin, TX, for a Help Desk Associate. The Help Desk Associate will be responsible for providing technical support, customer support, and troubleshooting assistance to ensure seamless operation of our systems. Daily tasks include handling support tickets, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and delivering exceptional customer service.
