We are looking for a Technical Account Manager who will serve as the primary technical advisor for strategic accounts, driving solution adoption, resolving issues, and delivering long-term value. In this role, you will work closely with engineering, product, and customer teams to align technical solutions with business goals, advocate for customer needs in product planning, and lead proactive efforts to uncover opportunities and manage risk. Your ability to translate technical insights into business outcomes will be critical in helping customers maximize the value of our solutions.

The pay range for this position in Western Washington varies between $121,100.00 – $190,100.00, and for Eastern Washington varies between $98,000.00 - $161,000.00. Washington Dental Service and its affiliates, including Arcora Foundation, Delta Dental of Washington, and TriForza intends to offer the selected candidate a base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay will also be adjusted based on the candidate's geographic location.

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for client accounts, ensuring effective coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders while driving resolution of critical technical issues
  • Align customer needs with product roadmaps, release cycles, and go-to-market strategies, while guiding feature adoption and integration into customer environments.
  • Lead cross-functional design and project reviews to ensure solutions meet customer needs, support strategic objectives, and are delivered successfully
  • Support customer training and change management efforts to ensure successful onboarding, user adoption, and alignment with evolving business processes
  • Provide proactive support through regular check-ins, roadmap planning, architectural consultations, and strategic discussions to drive adoption and satisfaction
  • Monitor and assess customer environments, performance metrics, and usage data to identify risks, uncover opportunities, and recommend best practices
  • Contribute to pre-sales and solution design by understanding client goals, mapping technical solutions to business needs, and advising on architecture
  • Maintain documentation of customer environments, account plans, and improvement strategies to ensure alignment, measurable progress, and ongoing engagement

  • 8 years of experience in technical consulting, account management, or solutions architecture, with expertise in cloud infrastructure, SaaS, and hybrid enterprise environments
  • Proven success managing enterprise clients and strategic accounts with complex technical architecture
  • Strong track record of collaborating with engineering, product, and executive teams to deliver scalable solutions and long-term business outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to influence product roadmaps and align customer needs within matrixed, cross-functional organizations
  • Commercial and strategic mindset with the ability to deliver business value through technical advisory, influence, and trusted partnerships
  • Experience leading cross-functional programs that integrate Agile, Lean, and DevOps practices to achieve business-aligned delivery outcomes
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze customer usage trends, performance metrics, and engagement data to inform strategy and stakeholder communication
  • Excellent communication and executive presence, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business impact and influence senior stakeholders
