The pay range for this position in Western Washington varies between $95,160.00 – $135,420.00, and for Eastern Washington varies between $81,408.00 - $115,850.00. Washington Dental Service and its affiliates, including Arcora Foundation, Delta Dental of Washington, and TriForza intends to offer the selected candidate a base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay will also be adjusted based on the candidate's geographic location.

- Develop, own, and optimize standardized processes for tracking, managing, and reporting work across all product and service teams
- Lead change management efforts to support the adoption of new processes, tools, and portfolio practices across product and service teams
- Manage the organizational work intake process to ensure initiatives are reviewed by teams, properly prioritized, and aligned with strategic goals
- Track and report on the initiation of work across teams for transparency, expectations, and alignment
- Evaluate project and work requests for feasibility, including cost-benefit analysis and resource availability
- Manage prioritization and resource management across the organization
- Collaborate with the Project Management Office, sponsors, and technical leaders to scope work, estimate effort, and develop project charters aligned to business priorities
- Support business case development for IT investment and funding requests
- Monitor and report on backlog status across product and service teams
- Manage processes that ensure transparency and alignment between IT investments and business value
- 5 years of experience in product, portfolio, or program management within IT or technology-driven organizations
- Hands-on experience applying Agile frameworks in product management environments
- Proficient in using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, Miro, or similar platforms to manage work and collaboration
- Strong organizational skills and experience leading change efforts to implement tools, processes, and practices that support portfolio success
- Experience creating and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) and supporting documentation
- Experience with budget planning and tracking to support business case development and investment decisions
- Ability to assess and communicate the return on investment (ROI) of portfolio initiatives to support value-based decisions
- Strong communication skills for working effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders
- Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries preferred
