Support TriForza as a Business Process Analyst Intern and gain hands-on experience analyzing system and workflow data to understand performance, identify gaps, measure the impact of automation efforts, and support the development of standardized processes to track and measure automation performance. You’ll contribute to real projects such as researching and defining key performance metrics, organizing data from multiple systems, building dashboards that support automation and process optimization efforts while building key professional skills in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Skills You Will Gain During The Internship
This non-exempt internship pays an hourly rate of $28.00 and is full-time (40 hours per week). Interns are expected to work during our standard business hours, which are from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Interns are typically required to work onsite at our Seattle office every Tuesday, with the option for remote work on other days based on departmental needs.

- Analyze business processes and system data to evaluate performance and identify automation opportunities and impact
- Research and support the design of standardized processes to measure and track the value of automation initiatives, including KPIs, ROI, and ongoing performance monitoring
- Use data from SQL and internal systems to assess automation performance, including volume, efficiency, and outcomes
- Define and refine key performance metrics to support consistent measurement over time
- Design and build Tableau dashboards that visualize workflow performance and automation impact
- Translate data into actionable insights on throughput, efficiency, and cost savings
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency by validating datasets and documenting data sources and reporting workflows
- Create and maintain standardized process documentation that supports the adoption, consistency, and ongoing improvement of workflows.
- Currently pursuing an associate’s, bachelor’s, or master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Informatics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Excel to support data analysis and visualization
- Exposure to mapping and visualizing workflows using tools such as Lucidchart, Miro, Figma, or similar platforms through coursework or academic projects
- Experience working with data from multiple sources to support analysis and dashboard development
- Experience conducting exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, or insights through coursework or academic projects
- Experience using Python or R for data analysis is a plus
- Displays a high level of accountability by effectively managing tasks independently, meeting goals, and delivering high-quality work while staying dedicated to team objectives.
- Ability to collect relevant information, assess data, and make thoughtful contributions to projects or problem-solving activities.
