Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restoration Technician based in Oklahoma City, OK. The Restoration Technician will be responsible for performing water damage assessment, executing water damage restoration and mitigation processes, and addressing mold remediation. The role also involves utilizing specialized equipment to complete tasks and ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards. The technician will interact with team members and clients to deliver exceptional service and provide updates on ongoing projects.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Water Damage and Water Damage Restoration processes is a plus, but not required
- Experience with Mitigation techniques and knowledge of mold remediation
- Strong Communication skills for client interaction and teamwork
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a variety of restoration tasks
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments and be on call
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation - clean driving record
- Relevant certifications (e.g., IICRC) are a plus
- Previous experience in restoration or related industries is a plus, but not required
