Trifecta Services Company is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our growing team as a leader in the demolition and environmental space. Trifecta Services Company is one of the largest demolition companies in North America and we are looking to expand our operations in Virginia.
As the Construction Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing projects from initiation to completion.
The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Manage all phases of demolition and environmental projects, including scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and client communication
- Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and environmental compliance standards
- Project Submittals (Health & Safety Plan, Demolition Plan, Work Plan, etc)
- Interpret and implement construction plans, specifications, and contract documents
- Prepare project documentation including change orders, RFIs, and progress reports
- Coordinate with environmental consultants and regulatory agencies as needed
- Conduct job site inspections to ensure work is performed according to scope
- Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to management
- Attend project pre-bid meetings when necessary
