Team Lead

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Team Leader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional product in a construction environment, particularly in multi-family units. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring that our team runs smoothly and efficiently.

Duties

• Lead and motivate team members to achieve operational goals and maintain high standards of finished product.
• Oversee tool and material management, including the purchasing of needed tools and/or materials.
• Utilize Google Drive systems effectively for reporting.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.

• Proven experience in a leadership role within a construction environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.40 - $24.74 per hour
