Tridev Realty LLC is seeking a proactive, personable Leasing Agent to drive occupancy, deliver an exceptional prospect experience, and support smooth leasing operations across our residential portfolio. This role blends sales, customer service, and operational coordination in a fast‐moving, people‐focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage leads from inquiry to lease signing with timely follow‐ups and professional communication
- Conduct engaging property tours, highlight unit features, and address prospect questions confidently
- Guide applicants through the screening and leasing process while ensuring full compliance with fair housing standards
- Prepare leases, coordinate move‐ins, and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete
- Partner with maintenance to confirm unit readiness and support a seamless resident onboarding experience
- Maintain updated listings, assist with marketing efforts, and track leasing metrics in the property management system

Qualifications

- Familiarity with property management software (AppFolio, Yardi is a plus)
- Reliable transportation
