Trideum Corporation is looking for a dynamic and passionate User Experience (UX) Designer who has a strong curiosity about people and technology. You will collaborate with others to understand business goals and user needs and translate those into intuitive designs. You will actively participate in sessions with users, clients, and internal teams throughout the product design lifecycle to create compelling designs and intuitive experiences. You'll be part of our team of user researchers, UX designers and software developers to help define user stories, interpret requirements, solve design challenges, and champion design decisions.
We are looking for a mid to senior level candidate that is a brilliant problem solver, user advocate, and excellent communicator with a passion for intuitive, easy-to-use interfaces and the ability to achieve it. We are looking for that rare blend of interaction design, problem solving, visual design, and the ability to understand complex domains. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Interpret customer and user research findings to design effective and easy to use experiences
- Advocate and represent the customer in product and platform development
- Design elegant solutions to complex workflows
- Create, evaluate, and modify documentation and prototypes to support evolving software application development
- Create wire frames, user flows, prototypes, process flows, mock-ups, and/or design specifications to effectively communicate user interaction and design concept
- Partner and work alongside software developers to ensure quality implementation
- Validate new solutions with customers and internal stakeholders
- Continuously iterate on the product experience based on user feedback
- Be able to conduct concept and usability testing leveraging user testing best practices.
- Demonstrate a passion to learn independently and share UX knowledge and expertise with others
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio of designs and UX artifacts such as wireframes and workflows
- Ability to effectively manage multiple and concurrent priorities
- Team collaborator who delivers highly usable and compelling customer experiences through UCD
- Quality and delivery of end-to-end digital solutions. This means the responsibility of solving problems with chief product owners, product teams, and other UX designers using design thinking skills, research, and good design sense.
- Demonstrate an understanding of visual design principles
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Thorough, practical understanding of product design and design systems
- Experience managing projects with limited oversight as an individual contributor.
- Evidence of demonstrating mentorship, coaching, and/or leadership
- A Bachelors degree in UX, HCI, UCD, Industrial Design or a related field
- 3 years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UX design
- Understanding of and experience with the full UX design process including information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, XD, InDesign, etc.) or similar
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, except in limited circumstances where legally entitled to an accommodation.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience designing for VR/AR/MR
- Experience designing for Artificial Intelligence interfaces
