Position Summary
We are seeking candidates to develop and maintain varying enterprise solutions which provide user support for test project management and Test Officers by developing and maintaining reports, developing and maintaining Business Management tools that will offer continuity of operation, provide ATEC Decision Support System (ADSS) support for WSMR personnel for proper management of assigned projects, and provide configuration management and quality assurance of products.
Travel: some travel for meeting support may be required.
What You'll Do
- Administration of Project Management Module (PMM) which entails but is not limited to software development efforts/upgrades/user interface updates, systems requirements analysis, database management, implementation and training. Development efforts may require the acquisition, reduction, and merging of data from sources inside and outside of the Materiel Test Directorate.
- Administration of the Test and Evaluation website. Maintenance and updates of the T&E information in the website as requested. This web site will also include various management data reports and meeting minutes. Provide and maintain configuration control and document all changes on all systems administered and maintained.
- PMM User Support Services such as generate and maintain training documentation such that it always reflects the configuration of PMM, support meetings on PMM as requested, conduct periodic random sample reviews of PMM test projects for proper configurations as defined by the User manuals, coordinate, conduct and report out project reviews, and be responsible for providing a fully functional Project Web Access (PWA) capability as an integral component of PMM.
- Provide support for report automation and distribution
- Develop, implement, and maintain Enterprise Business Intelligence solutions for customer
Requirements And Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Must have knowledge of Government financial system, resource assignment, cost estimating, and work breakdown structures
- Must possess knowledge and proficiency in all the following software and programming methodologies: Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, C , Java, Visual Basic (VB), Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), and Structured Query Language (SQL)
- US citizenship and an active DoD Secret Clearance
