Responsibilities

• Perform residential window cleaning using traditional squeegee methods, ensuring streak-free results on all types of windows, including skylights and high-rise building windows.
• Operate pressure washers, rope access systems, scissor lifts, and ladders safely to access hard-to-reach windows while adhering to all safety protocols.
• Utilize specialized cleaning equipment and personal protective gear (PPE) to maintain safety standards during outdoor work.
• Clean storefront windows, glass doors, and other glass surfaces with precision and professionalism.
• Conduct interior window cleaning, including removing screens, wiping sills, and cleaning hard-to-reach areas for a comprehensive service experience.
• Apply high-quality cleaning solutions and techniques to ensure customer satisfaction with every job.
• Maintain cleanliness of all tools and equipment after each use, ensuring they are ready for the next project.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in residential or commercial window cleaning, janitorial or custodial work is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of various window cleaning methods including traditional squeegee techniques and pressure washing.
• Experience working at heights using ladders, scaffolding, scissor lifts, or rope access systems safely.
• Familiarity with skylight cleaning, high-rise window maintenance, and outdoor cleaning environments.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally with clients.
• Ability to follow safety protocols rigorously while handling cleaning equipment and PPE.
• Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions; comfortable working at elevated heights.
