Seeking direct-hire Quality Control Inspectors. This is an opportunity with a Tier 1 Aerospace & Defense manufacturer specializing in flight-critical fasteners, components, and assemblies. Pay Rate: $25.00–$35.00/hour (based on experience)What You’ll Be DoingPerform final, in-process, first-piece, and incoming inspectionsConduct daily rover inspections of CNC machines and manufacturing cellsReview and sign off on Certificates of ConformanceInspect machined components using surface plates, height gages, micrometers, calipers, and other precision toolsInterpret blueprints and GD&T per ASME Y14.5Maintain inspection documentation and recordsWork within an AS9100 aerospace quality environmentWhat We’re Looking For1 years of experience in Aerospace component manufacturingStrong knowledge of GD&T and tight tolerances (±.0001")Experience with machined parts inspection and metrology toolsFamiliarity with incoming, in-process, and final inspectionComputer literate (Microsoft, web-based systems, email)U.S. Citizenship required (government contracts)Preferred / Nice to HaveExperience with Discus, GageTrak, Net-InspectDQR experience (Collins, Sikorsky, PWA)Pratt & Whitney LCS Materials experienceLean manufacturing exposureWhy This Role?Direct hire with a Tier 1 aerospace leaderStable 1st and 2nd shift schedulesStrong quality culture and teamworkOpportunity to grow, mentor others, and work on flight-critical hardware
