Trident Roof Solutions is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Payroll & Bookkeeping Specialist to manage payroll and support daily accounting operations. This role is essential to keeping our financial processes accurate, organized, and running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Payroll
- Process weekly payroll accurately and on time
- Verify employee hours using time tracking systems
- Maintain payroll records, deductions, and compliance
Bookkeeping
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Enter and track financial data
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Assist with job costing and expense tracking
Support
- Assist with AIA billing and project-related accounting
- Maintain organized financial records
- Work within Centerpoint Connect
- Communicate with managers on payroll/accounting items
Qualifications
- 2 years of payroll or bookkeeping experience
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to manage sensitive information professionally
- Construction accounting experience is a plus
